This is a one-of-a-kind development opportunity in the Town of Inglis. 36.2, multi-zoned acres offer unparalleled development options. Roughly 23 acres of this site are zoned R-2, which will allow for a maximum density of up to 5 units per acre, or ~115 residential units.
